KIT207 Self Study 2


Working on rigging and animation proved to be both easier and harder than I expected. Getting a rig to work with a model was easy enough but making animations that looked good was harder than I thought it would be, especially for walking since you have to account for the way each individual bone moves

As you can see my attempt at a walking animation with what can only be described as an abomination of a "humanoid" didnt turn out all too well.

While still using the aforementioned abomination, the wave animation was far simpler to make look good as I only had to worry about the shoulder, arm, forearm and hand bones.

I wasnt quite sure what to do for an idle animation so I just made the "characters" chest move in a.. breathing-esque?  way, and have the arms move similarly.
